I have not kept up with this as much as I wanted to this year. But in 2020 I discovered a degree of writing that has evolved in me. I wrote a lot of poetry. I also started a piece of literacy non-fiction about my time in quarantine and my experiences with the COVID-19 virus firsthand working in a nursing home. And the after-effects of it infecting my facility.

Readers Live Longer
From Sept 2017 Reader's Digest:
"People who read
books for as little as 30 minutes a day over several years were living an
average of two years longer than people who didn't read anything at all."
Wonder what the stats are for those who write books?
